The 3.04-acre site is adjacent to Sunway Hotel, fronting the intersection of Jalan Todak and Lebuh Tenggiri 2, a key route to the Butterworth-Kulim Highway. This integrated development links to Sunway Carnival Mall, optimizing site features, pedestrian flow, and traffic circulation.

The project includes a 10-storey hospital block (9 above ground, 1 basement) housing the oncology center and cancer bunker. Built in two phases, it will offer 350 beds: 200 in Phase 1 and 110 in Phase 2, with a total floor area of 400,000 sqft.

An 8-storey podium car park with 900 bays connects to the hospital, hotel, and mall. This RM300 million project took 36 months for completion.

The hospital features a central core with clinical and non-clinical departments organized along X and Y axis corridors for clear circulation.

The ground floor includes a grand double-volume entrance with a spacious drop-off area, and a separate Emergency and Accident Department with its own walk-in and ambulance access. The attached car park offers convenient access to key areas like the main entrance, consultation suites, and dialysis center.

The contemporary façade features recessed windows and sleek cladding. The top three floors, with full-height glazing, overlook a podium roof garden, blending modern design with a healing environment.
