EMHub 1 & 2

EMHub  is a first-of-its-kind ramp-up commerce hub in Kota Damansara, with specially designed internal ramps that allows 5 tonnes lorries up to the 6th floor.  EMHub comprises two blocks — Hub 1 and Hub 2, which were completed on mid 2023. The development consist of 468 units of duplex office, showroom and warehouse units with each unit  featuring 6M-High freestanding solutions and dedicated loading/parking bay at doorstep. It also includes facilities such as: multiple-sized meeting rooms, large function halls, rooftop garden, games room, gymnasium and half-basketball court, thus making EMHub a multi-functional building that’s suitable for all business needs.
