Dialog Tower

Located within the prestigious business enclave of Mutiara Damansara, the new headquarters for one of Malaysia’s premier Oil and Gas company is a visionary state of the art building.

The building form is derived from a simple ‘drop of oil’ and transforms into a highly artistic skin wrapping the vertical spaces of the office. The oil drop terminates at a grand entrance statement at ground level.

Build on a compact site, the organic plan is expressed into two parts, namely the 5-storey annex and 16-storey tower. At the Drop-off area, visitors are welcomed to a widely lobby that is dramatically angled for that exhilarating sense of arrival.

The headquarters house 200,000 sqft of nett floor space, complete with facilities and recreational amenities for staffs.
