We are honored that Hyatt Regency Kuala Lumpur at KL Midtown has received a Commendation at the PAM Awards 2026 in the Commercial Mixed Development category.

This recognition celebrates the successful delivery of a landmark hospitality project, realized through close collaboration with Kengo Kuma & Associates, our client, and an extensive multidisciplinary consultant team. The project embodies a shared commitment to architectural excellence, balancing design aspirations with technical rigor, operational functionality and buildability to create a high-quality hospitality destination within Kuala Lumpur’s evolving urban fabric.

The successful delivery of the project was made possible through intensive coordination among more than twenty consultants and specialist disciplines throughout the design and construction process. Working closely with, interior designers, structural and MEP engineers, façade, fire and life safety, vertical transportation, landscape, lighting, acoustics, sustainability, kitchen planning and other specialist consultants, the team navigated the complexity of the project through rigorous technical integration and collaborative problem-solving. This collective effort ensured that every aspect of the project was carefully resolved to achieve a cohesive, functional and enduring architectural outcome.
