We’re excited to announce our involvement in the Seremban Sentral Mixed Development, a landmark collaboration with Sunway Group and the Railway Assets Corporation (RAC) — recently formalized in a signing ceremony witnessed by the Minister of Transport.

Strategically connected to the soon-to-be-completed KTM Seremban Sentral station, this transit-oriented development features a vibrant mix of retail, hospitality, education, and healthcare components. The masterplan is designed to create a dynamic, integrated hub that supports both community needs and regional economic growth.

A key aspect of our design is the preservation and adaptive reuse of elements from the original Seremban station. By retaining selected existing structures and repurposing them to meet current demands, the project respects the site’s heritage while shaping a forward-looking urban environment.
