Expanding on from SMC 3, the new proposed Sunway Medical Centre 4 (SMC 4) with 360 beds and 90 specialist clinics envisioned to expand the overall medical healthcare services at Bandar Sunway with its new Children & Women Healthcare Wing. In addition, there are facilities for a Heart, Lung and Vascular Centre, a Neuroscience Centre and an Orthopaedic Centre. This fourth and final phase of the Sunway Medical Centre overlooks the iconic Sunway Lagoon theme park. SMC 4 again connected to SMC 3 by a 6-level link bridge linking SMC 1, 2, 3 & 4 in a linear seamless connection.

The hospital also planned to support growing demands for our aging community with the provision of direct linkages to a 30-storey tower consisting of assisted living units with flexible design layouts for aged living in comfort and dignity. The tower will be equipped with exciting recreational facilities as well as treatment care facilities balancing the need for healthy lifestyle with direct access to medical assistance when needed.
