Situated in the heart of Klang Valley, the North and South Office towers are part of the Midvalley City Masterplan. Significant in urban and environmental terms, these towers brings together places to work, live and play in one of the Kuala Lumpur’s most integrated masterplan of such scale, a sustainable model of high density and mixed-use development.

The 31-storey office towers are strategically located to anchor both ends of The Gardens Mall. Private yet integrated at street level, each tower has its designated lobby and drop off area with a fringe of retail shops and cafes at its base together with landscaping to provide a seamless access to the mall.

The towers are triangular-shaped on plan, each towers offering 500,000 sqft of net lettable area. The architecture drew inspiration from the regional flora/ fauna, arts and crafts.
