SAA have a history of collaborating with International Architects, sharing and learning with them on complex buildings and improving our skills. We have for example, worked with Foster & Partners on the Ilham Baru Tower and with SOM on two on-going projects.
Over the years, we have taken on many Integrated and TOD Projects, developing our ability to coordinate and manage the complex functional requirements for the various components of a large development.
Accessibility and functionality require serious consideration to arrive at a result that benefit the end-users, the neighborhood and the city.
To improve our delivery and execution of projects, we have now in place a comprehensive BIM system, assisting to fully identify problems and solving them before construction commences and eventually, using the same technology, working with contractors to optimize coordination and minimize delays in the projects. We intend to implement full 3-D drafting on this project.
